Durant was actually listed at 6 feet 8 inches tall (1.98m) on the official NBA website. He was measured at 6 feet 7 inches in shoes and 215 pounds during the NBA Draft Combine in 2007, and also measured at 6 feet 9 inches tall without shoes that year.

 I will just go on record as saying KD has been as heavy as 240 pounds at some point in his life. At his heaviest, Kevin was most likely around 240 to 243 pounds with a shoe size of 12 US (EU 39).

Kevin Durant has a shoe size of 10 US (EU 36 so he is not the biggest or tallest player to have that size. Shoe sizes are based on the width of the foot and you can see below that Kevin Durant's feet are relatively average in length,

Height-wise, Durant is very similar in size to Yao Ming who was listed at 7'6'' when he played in the NBA. I would estimate that Durant is just a few millimeters shorter than Yao based on the differences in their shoe sizes.
